Buy your land from land cooperative; be free in the process of construction when main-big payments are done. Have and conduct personal decisions. (Construction after Plinth will be left to the shareholder-member)
Finally; inhabitation of the contact must certainly be in your own country.

A DIFFERENT APPLICATION ON LAND COOPERATIVE:
“Cooperative, does planning-project and licensing works and infrastructure of the land (electricity, water, drainage, telephone, road, refining plant, illumination etc.) and the construction until Plinth* period; against remuneration. Construction after-above Plinth is left to the member in the frame of 7 years.” You can construct the home you dream of at any time and quality you like.

Registration means safety. It is difficult to be a registration owner with our land cooperative!

- You can purchase a lot on your own.

Important points for the application:

• Only “general investment share” on hand is taken for the membership registration.
• “General investment share” on hand till the end of 2010: 295 euro.
• “Advance payment” is not taken until “group members” are completed. When group members are completed e-mail information will be given and land cost will be required to be paid in a course of 30 days’ time.
• “Monthly payments” of construction-fabrication cost until Plinth* period will be determined by general assembly and will be informed to the members-shareholders via e-mail and also will be webified.
• List of shareholders and updated improvements will be webified.

* Plinth: Laying the foundation of the building and laying bridge floor.
